Chapter 6

Caroline

I woke up with a massive headache, I tried to pull my body up but realised I couldn’t, I pried my eyes open only to be met with darkness.  A small light came through a crack that allowed me to see a small part of the area around me.  It was damp, I could smell stale water, there were chains on my legs and arms.  I could hear Lucy and Mia near me, they were whimpering.  “Where are we?” I whispered, scared someone would come in and hurt us.  

“I’m not sure,” Lucy answered quietly, “The last thing I remember was when we were trying to find a ride to be part of the neighbouring pack, then I woke up here.  

Dam that Andre and his brothers, how dare they ban my friends and I.  Did he not see what he could have with us, instead he chose to be on his own.  Hettie didn’t deserve to have Peter, I am much more beautiful than her, could Peter not see that?  Our plan would’ve worked if it wasn’t for their stupid son, he had noticed that there was a strange smell in the house.  How could he have known? We did everything we could to cover it up, even got the help of that witch that charged us a fortune.  

Bang! The door slammed open, my heart began to race….

“Well, well well, what do we have here?” a terrifying voice spoke into the darkness, although I could not see who it was, I knew he could not be a good person. 

“Some of Alpha Andre’s humans from his pack….mmmmm…..very interesting.”  I felt a hand on my leg, a finger sliding up towards my private area.  I could not help the tear fall down my cheek.  

“Ex members,” I managed to say.

The hand stopped, “Ex, now now you are going to need to tell me why.”

I heard Lucy begin to talk “We were banned from the pack,”

“Ttt, now why is that?”

“You are only allowed to date your mate in our pack, it is so confining.  We decided that we wanted fun, we wanted power, so we tried to drug the Alpha and his brothers to sleep with them.”

A loud, uncontrollable laugh boomed across the room, the room was small so the echo was loud.  “They banned you for that,” he could barely get the words out. He was laughing so much.  “My little ladies, I would let you mate with me over and over without even thinking of banning you.  You girls are going to be very useful to me, very useful indeed.”  With that he stormed out of the room calling the guards to make sure we were sedated.  The next thing I felt a prick, everything around me went black.
