The rustling sound of a plastic bag as I rummaged my hand in it filled the stillness and silence of my room. Inside the bag were various ointments for the wounds and bruises on my body, which Kaya and I bought last night. I had been using a lot of ointments these past few days, and their prices were really ripping my pockets off. I got each box out of the plastic bag one by one while carefully checking the descriptions written on them in the process.
