I pushed the man off my body and hurriedly climbed out of the bed.
What the f**k was this? How can the moongoddess mate me with a Lycan?
This really looked insane like it was some kind of joke.
I wouldn’t for any reason allow anyone to find out about this.
I walked to the door and turned back to look at the man, and he was groaning in deep pains. I wouldn’t fall
for his traps.
He stretched his hands to my direction, signaling me to come amidst groaning.
But I didn’t budge, I pushed the door open and walked out, slamming it real hard behind me.
I looked down at what I wore and it currently made no sense to me.
Why would we be used as whores to a man just because he was an Alpha.
Even if others wanted it, I was out. I will definitely find a way to get out of this till I plan something out.
I wouldn’t let them find out I am his mate.
I walked through the hallway the woman led me through the other time. I passed a series of hallways before finally coming out of the first building.
The lycans territory was really big, bigger than our pack at moonblood.
Its buildings were more luxurious and even modernised than ours.
I walked over to the second building where the girls stayed and walked into my room.
I slumped on the bed and reminisced over all that happened and sighed, then laid back on my bed.
I woke up when the alarm in my room rang furiously. I jerked up from the bed, wondering what was going on.
I stared down at what I wore, still the same bikini I was putting on in the Alphas room.
I headed to my bathroom and had my bath, putting on something else before heading out of the room.
When I got outside, I noticed the quarters were unusually quiet. It seemed everyone wasn't around or maybe sleeping. Because it was stated in the rules that we weren’t around to leave the pack.
I got to the door next to mine and noticed it was locked and so were the second and third doors.
I hissed, and decided to use the corridor that led to Ms. Kate's quarters to inquire or even know where everyone was.
When I got to Ms Kate quarters, I found out the door of her office was locked which meant she wasn’t around either.
I turned to leave when a guy walked up to me.
“You are needed in the girls hall ma’m. The meeting has already begun." He bowed and left.
I tried called him to ask him where the hall was, but he was almost out of sight.
I exhaled deeply. Everything was just playing out fast and this isn’t what I planned for myself.
My mind raced back to Maddy and her mum and I gritted my teeth in frustration.
They were the ones who put me up into this and they must live to regret it.
“But how?" I questioned myself.
How will they possibly regret it when they have their lives already going on well at Moonblood.
Wasn’t life cruel? And fate, confusing?
“Zephyr right?" A girl's voice cut me off from my thinking.
I turned and recognized the face.
“Gracia." I managed to mutter.
“You weren’t at the meeting, why?" She asked and folded her arms.
“Meeting? Well I didn’t know a meeting was going on earlier, but I had some random guy come tell me I was needed at the girls hall some minutes ago." I explained.
" Yeah,” Gracia nodded.
" An emergency meeting was conducted by Ms. Kate. She needed to find out who had satisfied the Alpha earlier today.” She said and my heart skipped.
" And what happened?” I questioned, praying I wasn’t caught.
"She was kinda confused on whom it was because she said she didn’t follow her registry." She stared hard at me.
I nodded, gesturing to her to continue.
“After everything, Emily said it was her, cause her name was there in the registry as next” she concluded and raised a brow, seeing my reaction.
" Do you get it, Zephyr?"
“Yes." I smiled, thanking the moon goddess for the escape.
Not attending the meeting was a life saving firstly and the Emily girl claiming it was her was even more of a life saver.
“So what does she want with the girl who satisfied the Alpha?" I moved closer, seeing other girls were already heading to their quarters.
“I really don’t know. But from what I heard, Alpha Aiden wants to meet with her, personally."
“I see." I nodded.
“News has it that the Alpha has a special gift for her or maybe even wants to set her free."
“Set her free?" I echoed in disbelief.
“Yeah," she chuckled.
“He might want to let her go back to her pack."
Shit! This would have been my chance of leaving this place back to Moonblood to secure my mothers legacy.
I think I have to go back to Ms. Kate and explain to her I was the one.
I pray she will remember all that happened and believe I was truly the one. I needed to leave this place as soon as possible.
But it could possibly be something else.
Or did he also recognize me as Mate?
