Chapter 2

/Samantha/ I rolled my eyes, knowing full well that it was time to depart. "I'll see you later," "I've got to get my schedule together." In the direction of the main doors of the school, I hoped to find my way or locate a teacher to ask for help. With a smile, I took up my school bag and started walking. "Samantha, hold on!" Henry got in touch with me. I didn't pay attention to his request and just kept going. I couldn't stand the sight of him getting pawed by females; it made my stomach turn for some reason, though I suppose I should have become accustomed to it by now. My guess is that he had a new chick draped all over him every week when I saw him. I'm baffled as to how he managed to avoid catching Mono despite all the kissing I'd watched over the prior couple of years. My spine shuddered as I raised my eyes to the massive school, and a flush crept up my cheeks as I peered up at it. This place appeared to be far larger than my last school, and I had already imagined myself getting lost in it. The arm stretched carelessly across my shoulder caught me just as I was about to walk away. "I'll take you for a stroll, honey," Jerry said, a wink in my direction. My heart skipped a beat when I realized it wasn't Henry, but I chose to roll with it because I didn't want to walk on my own in the first place. I expressed my gratitude with a grin. “Thanks.” "What makes you think Henry neglected to tell you were a tiny hottie?" he inquired, a smile on his face. I shook my head. Honestly, I didn't consider myself to be very attractive; I considered myself to be simply average. I had weaknesses and insecurities, just like any other lady. "It's probably because he hasn't observed anything." He doesn't have that expression on his face when he sees me. "We grew up in the same neighborhood." Henry and I had known each other from the day I was born; our parents were friends, and we even shared a house next door to one other. Henry was a year and a half older than me, and he was a senior at the time, but the age gap didn't seem to bother us when we were younger. We've been inseparable from the day I was able to walk and make an attempt to utter his name. As Jerry responded sarcastically, rolling his eyes and laughing himself silly, he explained the reason for the delay. That sentence made me laugh, and I couldn't figure out what was so hilarious about it. I glanced at him curiously. At that point, we had arrived at the office, and I walked in to get my schedule. "Let's have a look at it then," Jerry said, taking the item from my grasp and inspecting it with a smile. "Hey, we're tied for first and fourth place." Henry possesses these qualities as well." "What are the first and fourth? "Can you tell me what they are?" I inquired, returning my attention to my agenda and darting my eyes over the words. 1st - Advanced Placement English Science is ranked second. History is the third. LUNCH Gym (fourth) 5th - French 6th - Advanced Placement Literature in the English language To be honest, it wasn't so horrible after all. “Great. "Do you want to accompany me to my locker?" I inquired, a flirtatious smile on my face. The more I stared at Jerry, the cuter he appeared to be to me. I was very certain, though, that Henry would not approve of my dating one of his pals. When I diverted my gaze, I noticed that everyone's attention had returned to me. "Does it look like I have stuff on my face?" I said uneasily, my brows knit together. He turned to face me, his expression a bit befuddled. "Er, no, why?" A person suddenly grabbed me from behind and dragged me backward against a firm chest, locking my arms down by my sides and causing me to squeal a little in pain. "Hey, why did you leave?" I inquire. Henry said something to the effect of "I would have walked you to get your schedule." I exhaled a sigh of relief and softly elbowed him in the stomach to relieve the tension. "Henry, you filthy jerk! "You terrified me," I reprimanded as I whirled around and shoved him in a joking manner. He simply chuckled and reached out to hold my hand with a cheerful smile. "I was under the impression you were preoccupied with your new skank," I added, attempting to give him a serious look but failing miserably. Henry was one of those people that I could never get furious with. We had only ever had one disagreement in our thirteen-year friendship, and even that had been resolved within an hour of each other's arrival. He didn't say anything, just laughed and hugged me. I laughed as he taunted, "Ooh, is there someone who's jealous?" "Oh my my, I'm so envious!" I responded in a sarcastic manner. It would be wonderful if I could drape myself all over you, be used for s****l purposes a couple of times, and then be thrown away like yesterday's newspaper. While pushing him off of me, I rolled my eyes and began walking down the corridor in the direction of where I imagined the lockers were located. "Well, you could have just inquired. After coming up with me and throwing his arm around my shoulder again, he added cockily, "I would have given you a shot." Have you given me a chance? Wow, the cocky player has a lot of self-assurance! Hmm, let's have a little fun with this; I know everyone is already gazing at me, so why not put on a show for them? I came to a complete halt and shoved him against the lockers, going right up to him and putting my entire body against him, our faces only a millimeter apart. When I got his thighs in my hands, I carefully and teasingly moved them up and across his hips, up his tummy, and into his chest. I'm pleading with you, Henry, won't you give me a chance right now? "Can you kindly come over to me? I really want you." In his ear, I implored in a breathy whisper, "Please, please, please." As his hands fell on my hips, his fingers dug into my flesh as he pulled me closer to him, he let out a little groan from deep inside his throat. "Er, Samantha..." Everything in my body was pressing on him, and I could feel the stirring that was starting to happen in his trousers through my entire body. The action really caused me to take a deep breath before I recalled that I was meant to be teasing him about something. The reaction of his body made me chuckle awkwardly, and I felt a bit uneasy as a result of it. I took a fast step back and observed that everyone was gazing and speaking to each other. Despite the fact that Henry was still standing there, he appeared to be a bit bewildered. I could feel a smile starting to appear on my face. Isn't it true that you're no longer so sure of yourself? "Don't mess with me, Henry William; you'll never win, and you'll be the first to admit it!" I chuckled and winked at him as I snatched his hand and pulled him along once again. "The number two eleven is my locker number." "Do you happen to know where that is?" I inquired, my eyes scanning the room for the answer. He didn't say anything. "How are you today, Henry?" Where is two eleven? Do you happen to know where it is?" My hand was waved in front of his face as I repeated the phrase.
