Chapter Forty-Four

I woke up early the next morning, I looked at the time. I didn’t have to get up for two hours. I tried to sleep back but I couldn’t. I sat up and texted Jenny, we were to go see a movie this morning. After a few minutes looking around, I fell asleep shortly after. I woke up later to a call, it was Jenny. I jumped up, she just wanted to confirm if we were still going to see the movie later in the day. I dressed up and went downstairs to eat eat some breakfast before my date. Carrie and Leah were in the kitchen making breakfast. “Hey ladies” I greeted as I entered the kitchen. I took some eggs and bacon from their plates and they shouted, “Sorry Sorry. I’m leaving now. Wish Me luck” I waved to them as I left the house.

CARRIE’S POV

The last thing I remembered doing was walking down the stairs. Everything went black after that. I woke up extremely weak,I looked around. No one was in the room, I sighed. What happened? I had a slight headache. I tried to sit up. I was still wondering what happened when Leah walked in. “Hey you’re awake!” She said as she ran to hug me. I winced, “You’re squeezing me. I can’t breathe Leah”, She smiled and let me go. I laughed, “I missed you too.”.
