The holidays have never been kind to her.Every year brings a new disaster—missed flights, broken plans, and heartbreak wrapped in twinkling lights. Cynical and tired of believing in festive miracles, she returns to a town glowing with holiday cheer, certain that nothing good ever comes from this season. Then a strange charm appears.Warm to the touch and impossibly timed, it begins to shift the pattern of her misfortune, opening doors that were once firmly closed. A car starts when it shouldn’t. A room becomes available when there are none left. And in the middle of it all, she meets a man whose quiet kindness feels like something she doesn’t deserve and can’t afford to lose. As snow falls and the town prepares for celebration, she’s forced to confront a difficult truth: luck isn’t magic, and miracles always come with a price. To hold on to the life she’s beginning to want, she must decide whether to trust fate… or choose love on her own terms.Set against a cozy holiday backdrop, this heartfelt romance blends warmth, second chances, and a touch of magic, proving that sometimes the greatest gift isn’t luck at all—but the courage to believe again.

HOLIDAY LUCKY MAGIC Chapter One:The Season That Hates Me
Holiday disasters and my dislike for them always came together. Each year, something went wrong. One year, I missed a flight. Another time, my debit card vanished the night before New Year's Eve. Last year, on Christmas, the man I loved said he'd been unfaithful for months. Then, my car stopped working on December twenty-third. I wasn't even surprised. Sitting in the car seat, I watched my breath fog the windshield and the dashboard lights blink as if mocking me. The town around me buzzed with decorations and gleaming lights and doors with wreaths and couples laughing together. The holiday spirit didn’t seem meant for me. I gently tapped my forehead against the wheel. That was when I saw the small velvet bag sitting on the passenger seat. It definitely hadn't been there earlier. I frowned and picked it up and loosened the drawstring. Inside I found a tiny gold charm shaped like a star. It felt warm in my hand as if it were almost alive. Confused, I stared at it. Then the car started on its own. Just like that. My breath caught and I laughed nervously and shook my head. “Okay. Weird.” I didn't realize it then but that charm was about to change my holiday completely.
