The following evening, with Armand again at the restaurant, Tino decided to do a walk-by of the two buildings for sale in the downtown area. Ones that they thought might work as a new teen shelter. He left his car at home, as it was more than a bit pretentious for the areas he’d be going to. Instead he went invisible and flew. The first building had been a bar in its previous life. From the information on the realtor’s site, it was two stories, with four rooms on the ground floor and another five on the second that had been rented out as apartments. One big advantage with the building was that it had a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
