The next morning, I woke up to an empty bed. Link had already gotten up and head off. I imagine that the group of wolves he set out for information would have arrived home so he would have wanted to get their information straight away. I set about doing my usual morning routine while I waited to hear something, anything.
I run into Kirra in the hallway on my way to the kitchen.
"Good morning Tess!" Kirra chimes as she sees me.
"Morning Kirra! How are you this morning?" I ask, trying to match her cheerfulness.
"Im good - school." She made a face of disgust. I stifled a giggle when Hannah walked out of the pantry.
"School is important, Kirra." Hannah corrected. I saw the hint of a smirk on her face though.
"Its just Mr Harrlow. I swear he is the devil! He sets so much homework and we
