Mallory tried to rearrange the bones, hoping that would be enough, but she had no idea where everything went. At least not exactly. It didn’t help that she kept glancing over her shoulder, wanting to join in the fight and help her companions. She considered using her reanimate spell in the hope that the bones would put themselves in a better order. She might even be able to tell the dead to lie in place, but would that upset them more? They didn’t need any more creatures sent to kill them. There were already too many to fight. Callum joined her, dropping Smudge into the coffin. “See what you can do to sort the bones, Smudge.” Callum rejoined the fight. Smudge held up a bone to Mallory.
