William waited patiently as the servants swarmed all around him, divesting him of his formal attire. He carefully removed the Rathadon Crown, placing it on the cushioned stand. Shaun replaced it with his new woven gold band around his forehead. As irritated as he was to have to wear it, at least it was lighter than the full crown. Walking from his inner rooms, he eyed Alex, Kyle, Jess and Elizabeth, who all waited on him. The conversation they’d been having suddenly cut off as he entered the sitting room. He frowned as he noticed Aaron had just finished affixing a dressing on Jess’s shoulder.
"Thanks, Aaron." Jess stood calmly as a servant helped slip the shoulder of her dress back up and do up the buttons on the back.
"That shoulder hasn't healed yet?"
