Kaius’ POV I stared at the woman as the guard carried her bridal style into the mansion. With each step the guard took, I felt a strange feeling of deja vu wash over me. Had this happened before? Or was I simply mistaking it for something else? After a couple of minutes of asking myself that question, the answer came to mind. It wasn't just one memory actually, it was a lot of them; starting from when she'd actually walked in here. I had thought her presence would bring me closer to solving the mystery.
