I allowed my eyes the privilege of roaming the room I was currently in. Not like they had any other choice, I just couldn't bring myself to do anything else, not that I could do. No matter how I tried to look at it, you could easily tell I was nothing less than a prisoner in this mansion.
Yes, I had my own room and was attended to day and night, but that didn't change anything, at least to me. I yearned for freedom within these walls, and so long as I didn't have that yet, anything less than that was equivalent to being restricted.
