Kaius POV. . pov I marched towards my office, as I allowed my legs to lead the way. I wasn't even thinking at this point. All I wanted to do was leave, leave Ruby's presence, because, how could she still keep on lying to me? I'd done everything I could, I'd pleaded with her, threatened her, and even locked her up, yet, she kept on saying the same thing. “I don't know.” Her pitiful voice resonated in my head.
