Mason's POV I stared at her mum in surprise. I met her earlier when she opened the front door but I never thought she was still here, somewhere. "Since you have been behaving rudely. The young man was just trying to apologize although I don't know what it was for but shouldn't you hear him out first?" she asked. "Mum, you don't even know what's going on..." "I don't need to know what's going on to know you were being rude. Where are your manners? Apologize to him right now," she ordered. I looked at her in surprise. "I should do what?" Lexi inquired in disbelief. "You heard me. Do it now," she responded firmly. Lexi glared at me. "I'm sorry," she muttered through gritted teeth. With the glare she was giving me, I knew she wasn't sincere. It sounded more like a threat than an apology
