"I knew I wasn't going to like this," I said when Torres told me where we were going and what it was going to be about.
"Oh common. Don't be a buzz killer. Just go with the flow," he replied.
"Go with the flow? But it's illegal. I've never done something illegal in my life before," I insisted stubbornly.
"There's always a time for everything. Maybe it's time for you to do something fun and worth the adrenaline rush. It will be exciting, I promise," he said. I wore my shoes and my jacket. I didn't want to go but Mady was the one who suggested it and I knew Lexi would definitely be going with her. I couldn't let them go to such a place all by themselves. I would be restless throughout the entire night.
