It was the eve of my bonding ceremony. The entire estate was in an uproar as my mother oversaw the final preparations. Tomorrow evening, the ceremony would be held atop sacred Moonflower Hill.
Everything had to be perfect.
I came downstairs just as Mother was barking instructions at the bonding coordinators.
"Thailia is to enter once the softer music begins. By then, the Alpha should already be standing at the Moonstone Dais alongside the
Supreme Priestess."
