ALL HE HAD TO SAY “All I had to say was sorry for being a good governor.” He said it with a smile—and then he laughed. But behind those words was a story that the people of Muma would never forget. For the people of Muma, good leadership had become something they desperately hoped for. A NEW BEGINNING Then, after many difficult years, a new governor was appointed.
