Chapter 1-Dream
I was flying in the clouds, feeling the cold air touch my skin. It was soft, almost like a hand brushing past me. I could hear the birds singing, their voices blending together like a gentle symphony carried by the morning breeze. Each note felt alive, echoing through the trees and filling the sky with warmth and hope. In that moment, I felt free—completely unbound by the weight of the world. The air brushed softly against my face, and I closed my eyes, imagining myself soaring beside those birds, gliding effortlessly through endless blue. I felt as though I could fly as high as I wanted, with nothing holding me back, no fear, no doubt—only the quiet, beautiful dream of being happy. It was as if the universe itself had paused just to remind me how peaceful it feels to simply exist, to breathe, and to believe that joy can be as simple as a song in the sky. Tring. The bell rang once. Tring. Tring. It rang again. Tring.. The third time, I was still lost in my sleep. When I finally opened my eyes and understood what was happening, I knew I was already late. A sudden fear ran through me. I jumped from my bed and rushed to the door. My feet moved so fast on the stairs that I twisted my ankle, pain shooting up my leg. But I did not have time to stop or even think about the pain. All I could think of was the bell. If it rang a fourth time, I knew this might be the last night I would ever spend in this house.
