Chapter 8 - Deciding Marks

    POV Alina

    I was really glad once the kitchen was finally done. The wolves that Ace had come over  to help were packing up there things and getting ready to leave. I thanked all of them for coming to help and I got a bunch of, “No problem Luna, happy to help” and “It was an honor Luna, really.”. Firstly, how did these wolves know that I was Ace’s mate? I thought he told Jason not to tell anyone yet.

    “Maybe he decided to tell some of them so they could come help out? Or maybe Jason told them without Ace’s permission?” Lily said reminding me that Jason had questioned Ace on why the others couldn’t know.

    “I don’t know Lily. Regardless, being called Luna is kind of making my stomach turn in knots.” I said a bit uncomfortable.

    “Well, that’s what we are right? Why wouldn’t they call us that?” she said questioningly making me rethink my discomfort. I decided not to answer her and just push the thoughts to the back of my head. At that Jason and Tiffany were getting ready to leave. I got to know Tiffany pretty well today. We hung up the decorations in the kitchen together and put away the dishes that she had brought over. They were beautiful by the way. The set had gorgeous bright yellow sunflowers on them and different encouraging quotes somewhere on them. Apparently one of the elders in the pack makes them by hand as a hobby and gives them to other pack members as gifts. When the elder found out about Ace finding his mate, he gifted the set to us as a congratulation gift. I really did love them. Especially more then the mismatched sets that Daphne and I got from the café. Every time the owners bought a new set because the old set had several missing due to them getting lost or broken, they gave us the left-over pieces. So needless to say, nothing used to match in this kitchen. Jason had put in dark oak wooden cabinets to replace the dirty basic white ones I had before. He also pushed them out a bit giving me a bit more room in there. The counter tops were now a shiny marble that had a mixture of browns, reds and greys. They were beautiful as well. They replaced all of the appliances with basic black ones and replaces the sink with a pretty bronze one. The whole kitchen came out great. I honestly can’t believe that this is actually my kitchen.

     “Well, Alph man, Luna, I think it’s time that we head back to the pack. This one here is pretty tired.” He said pointing to Tiffany. She yawned and buried her face into his chest.

    “It was nice meeting you today Luna. I had a great time decorating and moving things around with you.” Tiffany said trying to hold back a yawn.

    “Thank you two, so very much for helping out today. It all looks amazing.” I said as me and Ace walked them to the door. “Bye you too. Have a good rest of your night.” They both nodded and walked to Jason’s truck and took off.

    POV Ace

    Everyone is finally gone and I can now spend some alone time with my mate. I walk into the new kitchen and open up the box of popcorn, pull out a packet and plop it in the microwave. Alina walks in rubbing what looked like dust or dirt off of her shoulder.

    “I’m gunna take a shower. Don’t start the movie without me.” She said giving me a stern look. I swear I’m on thin ice at this point. Like the slightest thing I do wrong next, she’s gunna kill me.

    I nod pulling the hot bag of popcorn out of the microwave walking to the couch. The next thing I hear is her scream.

     “ACE! WHAT IN THE ACTUAL f**k!” she screams and I swear the entire state of Wyoming heard her. And at that, I already knew. I may have forgotten to show or mention the bedroom and the bathroom to her. I get up and slowly walk into the bedroom where she is standing with her arms crossed. As soon as I walk in her gaze is on me. She is not happy one bit.

    “Ace…” she starts and then shakes her head and starts coming towards me. I move out of the way swiftly and she follows. She is now chasing me around this bedroom when I finally stand on top of the bed and she begins shoving me consistently.

    “Okay, okay, stop! Alina stop!” I said holding my bag of popcorn out of danger. She kept shoving me anyways. “Alina! My popcorn!”

    “Oh your going loose more than your stupid popcorn when I’m through with you Alpha!” she then jumped on the bed and I jumped off and took off out of the room. She chased me all the way outside and into the yard and I laughed at how she just couldn’t catch up to me. It was adorable.

    “What are you gunna do now Luna? I have all of the space in the world now.” I said grinning at her.

    “I know what I’ll do.” She then turned around and walked back into the cabin and locked the door. My. Jaw. Dropped. Did she really just lock me out? I can hear my wolf whimpering in the back of my head. I dropped the popcorn and went to the door.

    “Alina, love, I’m sorry. Okay? Please let me in.” I said almost begging.

    “Only for one thing.” I heard her say on the other end of the door.

    “Anything love.” I responded.

    “You have to say that your really big dummy and swear that you will never do anything like this again without my permission first.” I growled. I am not a big dummy. What are we, five?

    “Fine, I’m a really big dummy and I promise to never do anything like this again.” I said in the most annoying tone I could conjure.

    “WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!” she says raising her voice.

    “…without your permission.” At that the door clicked and she opened it. I walked in and immediately grabbed her by her waste and threw her over my shoulder. She giggled the entire time, it was adorable.

    “Ace! Put me down!” she said through her giggles. I walked into the bedroom and threw her on the bed.

    POV Alina

    I guess I may have taken it a bit to far by locking him out of the cabin. Honestly though, he deserved it. He pissed me off! How is he going to literally replace everything I own in my house without even talking to me about it first? I mean, the gesture was sweet and all, but I feel like all of this was a little to fast for me. I still don’t even know if I want to be a Luna or even his mate at that.

    “Do you enjoy challenging your Alpha Luna?” he said breaking through my thoughts. He was leaning on top of me with one arm on each side of my head.

    “Yes, actually. You do know that I haven’t fully agreed to be your Luna yet, right?” I said looking up at him. He pulled himself up and sat down on the bed next to me.

    “Yes, Alina, I am aware that you would favor rejecting me rather than face down your fears.” He said with a very annoyed tone.

    “You don’t know what Drystan tried to do to me and all that he has already done to me Ace.” I whispered.

    “Alina, I won’t let him do anything to you. We are a strong pack. We can protect you if you give us a chance. If you give me a chance.” He said calmer.

    “I just don’t want to get hurt again Ace. I’ve lost everyone. Either they were taken from me or they just left or they just died. First my mom, then my dad, and then Daphne. Everyone I love Ace. I don’t want anything to happen to you.” I said with tears starting to stream down my face.

    I take a second to process what she just said. “Is that what you’re afraid of? Loosing me?” he said looking over at me. All I could do was nod. “My love that’s never going to happen. I’m not going anywhere. I’m never going to leave you.” He said reassuring me. I looked up at him and looked into his bright, beautiful green eyes and right then and there, I knew he wasn’t lying to me. I reached up and wrapped my hands around his neck and kissed him. He put his arms around my waste and pulled me into him. I wrapped my arms tighter around his neck and put my fingers through his hair. I pushed myself deeper into him with sparkles covering my entire body from his touch. He let out growl and picked me. I wrapped my legs around his waist, and he put me on the bed.

    “Ace…” I moaned. He kissed down my neck and stopped at the place where a mark is meant to be and stopped. “Ace, mark me.” I whispered.

    “Are you sure?” he said looking down at me. I nodded and pulled him closer. He licked my spot and I feel his canines graze my skin a bit and slightly jumped. I next feel his canines deepen into me. For a second it stung, the next second I feel nothing but bliss. He licked his mark on me again sealing it and lifted his head and looked at me. I looked back at him and only saw love in his eyes. I grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him down to me and began kissing him again. I could feel his length up against one of my legs and I couldn’t help thinking that I just wanted it more than anything.

    “If you want it love, all you have to do is ask.” He said grinning at me. At that I swear he took my breath away. My Goddess he is sexy. I reach my hands up to him and place them on the back of his neck and down his shoulder to his arm. His eyes watch my hand and I hear him moan quietly. I reach up again and put my hands under his shirt and feel every curve on his body. Curiosity filling my head all over again. I then reach down to his pants and grab his length through them. He lets out an even louder moan and I pull back quickly. He then gets completely on top of me and our lips crash together yet again. I feel his hand work its way down my waist and over my hip and he then places it on my core. I let out a moan and he uses his other hand to lift up my shirt. I struggle to get it all the way off and he the next thing I know, he is ripping it off me. He does the same with my bra and stops and looks down at me.

    “You are so gorgeous baby.” He says smiling down at me. His eyes tell me that all he wants right now is just f**k the s**t out of me.

    “Ace…” I say putting my hand on his shoulder. “Mate me.” He pulls his own shirt off of him while I got to work on his jeans. I get them unbuttoned and slip my hands into his underwear and grab his length. It is warm and I can feel it throbbing in my hand. I can’t even wrap my entire hand around it due to its thickness. I begin pumping him and he lowers himself on top of me. He grabs one of my breast into his hands and wraps his mouth around the n****e and begins sucking, hard. He takes off the leggings that I had put on earlier leaving me in nothing but my panties. He stands up and takes his jeans and underwear off. I catch a glimpse of his length before I feel my body being pulled to the edge of the bed.  He then rips my panties off and throws them across the room. Out of nowhere my core feels like it is being lit up. I look down and realize that he is going down on me. My head flings back and my back arches in pleasure.

      He stops and looks up at me, “Baby, you are delicious.” He then dives back into my core igniting it again. I feel his tongue moving in circles around my core and I can’t help but scream his name.

    “Ace…” I scream. Just as I’m about to climax, he stops. I whimper wanting him to continue but then I feel it. His length thrusting into me over and over again. At first, I feel pain, but it quickly turns into nothing but pleasure as he continues to thrust in and out of me.

    “Alina, you are mine forever.” He whispers in my ear. “I am the only person in this world who’s name you will scream while you cum.” He thrust into me deep and I moan louder. “Say it baby, say you are mine.” He goes even deeper and at that I feel him hit my g-spot perfectly. I let out a scream and bury myself into his neck.

    “Yours, forever Ace.” I whisper and look at the spot where a mark is meant to be and lick it.

    “Do it baby. Mark me now.” He demands. I pull Lily forward a bit and sink my canines into his skin and he lets out a loud moan. I feel the bottom of my stomach ignite and climax throwing my head back and arching my back. I pull back up to him and lick my mark on him to seal it. He lets out a loud growl and I feel his warmth fill me. He stiffens up and then stops. He falls on the bed next to me and a giggle comes out of him.

    “I love you Alina.” He says looking over at me.

    “I love you too Ace.” I respond laying my head on his chest.
