Todd finished cleaning and reassembling the last of the few weapons they had to carry with them. As he was cleaning them, Nick was either packing them in backpacks for easy transporting or tucking them into holsters and sheaths. Nick couldn’t carry a gun and easily hide it, but knives were simpler for him to conceal. Since both were illegal for him to have on his person unless he was on an official job, knives always made better sense.
The door opened and Witze came in, followed by Adam and a gust of cool air, despite them being underground. Todd couldn’t tell for sure, but Adam looked off.
