Meeting

A scream was heard, it was faint but loud enough to cause panic to Claudia. She ran down the stairs. Wanting to hide, wanting to escape. As she reached the front door it suddenly locked shut. Terrified she tried to open the windows but it was useless. There was no escape. She walked around the house, hoping there was some way out. She found none but kept trying. A floorboard creaked as she stood still she froze, closed her eyes and prayed and then she heard a voice... “Prayers won’t save you, my girl” it said eerily but somehow strangely calming. Then another voice but this time deeper. “We knew you would come home sugar cup” Claudia could hardly believe what she was hearing. She kept her eyes closed and ignored them. They didn’t seem to like it. “Claudia, we demand you look at us this instant or you’ll be in a lot of trouble young lady” said the voices. But she paid them no mind. Then everything went quiet for several minutes. She opened her eyes and continued her search for a way out. She went back upstairs and heard another scream but decided to ignore it. That’s when things started to get worse… All the sudden a chair was thrown at her from behind, hitting behind her knees and they gave out. Then something hit her head, and everything went black.
