Rogue Exiles

Clifford scans the area in front of him. He saw the two wolves investigating the area. He kept back for now. His team also waiting on his order. They have recently received reports of Hunters attacking packs just cause. Most of the packs are harmless and follow the laws and such set by the Alpha King and Master hunters. He doesn't believe the rumors. He was forced and given orders by the masters to investigate these accusations. He was also told not to engage with wolves investigating this matter, too. And that's exactly what he is doing right now. Staying clear. Watching the white wolf sniff the air, looking around. This wolf’s behaviour looks like a normal wolf, a wild wolf. He knows that the wolves have a belief about white wolves. He just thinks it's stupid, but so do they have their own beliefs. Well, their beliefs are actually real. Silver injures supernatural beings and can let them die. "Clifford, do you think that the white wolf is a shifter? It looks too comfy in that form," a young hunter, Henk, asks while scanning the scene too. "I can't tell because of its movements. Seems like a normal wolf to me," Clifford answers and can tell that Henk is suspected that the wolves got them a white wolf as they have been told what only happens in fairytales. "We will have to monitor this pack," Henk suggested, while wondering if the stories are actually true. "You see that big black wolf with the golden eyes?" Clifford asks and glances at Henk as Henk gets a frown on his face. "It's a Royal Alpha," the surprise in Hank's voice. "No normal Alpha will dare come here without their pack," Clifford informs him, and Henk nods. Gaining knowledge is Henk's true nature. Henk wasn't born into the hunter clan like most hunters are. Henk joined them the day his parents were killed by Rogue Wolves. Henk was 8 years old, and it's clear that the day is still haunting him. "They might decide to give a service to this pack. When they leave, we should work fast and gather information," Clifford informs him. Henk nods to this and observes the two wolves again. "Why will hunters and Rogues work together?" Henk asks as they leave the crime scene and ruins of a once peaceful wolf pack. Now it's a gruesome scene of pups and females slaughtered without mercy. Hunters can be cruel sometimes, and only when the wolf pack broke a law. But even then they would rather spare the children, and females, if they can. Some females are aggressive when they lose their bonded mate and would attack. Clifford doesn't like what they gathered here. Rogues working with hunters? Can the rumor be true about rogue hunters? Hunters who don't what to follow the laws? This is a problem. They are causing distrust between everyone at the moment. He needs to confront this pack that investigated this matter, too. "Come on, let's give the pack back. I need to go see the Alpha, anyway. We need to sort this out before everything gets really confusing," Clifford gives the order. Everyone moves out immediately. "Henk with me. The rest get back to headquarters with what we found here," Clifford commands. "Uhm Clifford. We are only two," Henk finally speaks up as the two of them are escorted to the Alpha's office. "I know this is just so they can trust us for the time being. We need to discuss what is happening," Clifford informs Henk of why they are here. Henk was never this close to a wolf pack that functions within the law. He has never seen this peace among wolves before. Rogues don't work well together. The moment they step into the pack house, a calming aura hugs them. Henk is shocked to feel this. Drex looks towards the doors with Kay following his gaze. "You sensed these two?" Drex asked and Kay nods. Clifford frowns upon seeing Kay. "Your the white wolf," Henk blurts out before thinking. Kay just stares at him. Clifford gives a smile and nods. "I see. So the legend of having a white wolf in a pack is true?" he asks and Hila tries to keep her mouth shut. "I don't know, Hunter. I just enjoy her company," Drex answers without a second thought. Clifford laughs a bit at this. He heard that the Third Prince is a bit laid back, or at least a bit more relaxed than the other two, and has a witty side to him. "So I take it you also found hunters and rogues there?" Drex asks. Hila excuses herself to go to the ruins and gather the remaining bodies. She will also perform a sermon at the ruins for the bodies they can't find. "What brings a hunter to my pack?" Drex asks, still standing in the reception area with Kay in front of him, also looking at the hunters. "I am here to discuss what happened to your neighboring pack," Clifford announces his reason for being here. Kay's eyes suddenly get his attention, a frown forming on his forehead. The legend of a white wolf in a pack can't possibly be true. He refuses to accept it, although today is a weird day for him." Ah, yes. What would you like to tell me about them?" Drex asks, still standing. Clifford frowns at this, too. "Why don't we move to your office?" Clifford suggests. Drex gives n knowing smile. "My pack can know what is going on. I don't keep secrets from them. The more they know of what's happening around us, the better we will be prepared," Drex explains. Clifford nods at this, understanding Drex's way of doing things. "Henk, tell him what we found. It disgusts me to mention it," Clifford's face shows it even. Henk clears his throat and pulls his shoulders back to show he doesn't fear them. "We found Rogue wolves are working with exiled hunters," Henk announces. Drex doesn't seem surprised, like the pack members around him. "Yes, we know," Drex informs him en Clifford can't get a read on Drex or Kay. "Do you know what the royals are planning to do about them?" Henk asks, concerned this time. Kay tilting her head at the question.
