Logan POV

Evening is coming

I put on my running clothes and when the sun hid, I run out of the house and go in the Wood

The air crashes against my face

I dodge the trees one by one on my way

The smell of wet ground fill my nose

When I run far enough I stop and beginning looking for some dam

Few minutes later I finish with my dam

I swipe the trail of blood from my mouth and make my way back to house

I arrive house and after cross the door I’m took by surprise when I see Mia growling to a trembling Hanna

Mia looks at Hanna as a hunter looks his dam

There’s something different in Mia

Her eyes are dark pink but little parts of it start turning to other color, it looks like is having a fight between both colors on her eyes, but the most impressive is the wrath and fury… an inexplicable fury that overflows in her eyes  

I’ve never seen Mia like this

She looks like a different person

I’m stunned looking what’s is going on here but as soon as I see Mia swings over Hanna I move quickly to hold her back

‘what’s happening  here?’ I shout

Mia fights to get out of my arms

‘FOR GOD SAKE MIA’ I shout, holding her tighter

Mia stops fighting me, I weak my embrace slowly, warning any reaction from Mia, but when I see she’s apparently calmed down I let her free

‘what’s going on here?’ I ask again, mia’s eyes have come back to her natural color  

I turn to see Hanna who is holding a tray with sandwiches on her hands, her eyes are full of fear as if she had seen ghost, or well… considering we aren’t simple humans, I should say she had seen a beast or sort of it

'I was preparing sandwiches to Mia but then she starts eating them as insane though I took the tray from her, what pissed her off, it really pissed her off, I've never seen Mia like that before, then she began to growl me and showed her fangs to me, she looked like she wanted to eat me' Hanna explains with trembling voice, she looks really affected for what just happened

I stare at Mia not knowing what to say or think about all this

‘are you alright, Mia?’ I ask her, now worried for her

She only nod as answer

I still don’t understand what’s happening here, Mia’s reaction just confuse me

Mia stare Hanna who immediately hide behind me

I can see guilt in Mia’s eyes, but that look disappears all of sudden when Mia’s breath become faster and heavy, her body starts sweating, I stare at her stunned because her abrupt change

‘Mia, you need to calm down’ I beg her, speaking slowly and with low voice

 She stays there stunned staring me

I can see she’s struggling

And all of sudden she starts moving and run outside but to be hit by lily, who come with her usual happiness

‘hey Mia, you’re back’ Lily cheers

I see Mia trying to evaded her but lily gets on her way

‘what happen?’ Lily asks

Mia’s body stiffened

‘Mia’ Lily says again but her face now show fear

I see mia struggles to don’t attack her, so I run towards them

But when I reach them, mia has disappeared into the forest already

I hold lily who already have tears on her eyes

‘what’s up with her, logan?’ she cries

‘I don’t know sweetie, but everything will be ok, don’t worry’ I tell her, tightening her

I leave lily and run to where mia disappeared, following her scent

I run until I reach a clearing, and there she is, she’s stood on a crag looking to the moon, a loud scream come out to her mouth

I start walking toward her, but what happen then make me stop suddenly

my body gets cold  

I can’t believe what I’m seeing

Grayson POV

Mia didn’t come to classes today, I guess it’s cause her birthday was yesterday, I wouldn’t had come either if I were her, but I miss her already

In my way to the canteen Jason and Oliver join me  

‘hey guy, what are you doing later?’ oliver asks

‘I guess nothing’  I say

‘great, we’re coming to Chelsea’s party though’ oliver cheers up

‘wait wait wait, hold your hormones on’ I chided ‘ how that we’re coming to Chelsea’s party?, you know I don’t put up that girl’ I continue

‘I concord with grayson’ Jason admitted

‘come on guys, we can’t lose this party, this my opportunity to get closer Chelsea, besides her sister Katherine will be there as well’ oliver says, staring Jason who keep quiet with a sheepishly grin on his face

‘and you gray, why don’t you take mia there?’ he tells me

Listen to her name bring memories to my mind what provoked a smile on my lips

‘that’s a yes?’ oliver inquires

‘that’s a maybe’ I reply

‘both of you are a killjoy’ oliver buffs

Jason and I laugh

To the end of the classes I’ve called mia around 10 times but she didn’t answer

‘what you say guys? A last round before the party?’ oliver asks

‘I haven’t said yes yet’ I protest

‘but you’ll do it’ oliver grin proud

‘if I were you I won’t be too sure’ I grin him back

‘but I’m into the second round’ I continue, a little of training  wouldn’t come that bad

‘me too’ Jason says

‘it’s getting late guys, remember we have a party tonight’ oliver says

‘you’re having a party’ I correct

‘jason please make our friend here come to reason’ oliver pleads

I laugh when a tired Jason looks at me begging for help

‘it seems like we don’t have options’ I tell Jason, who gives me a look of (I’ll kill you later) what make me laugh

‘YES’ oliver cheers

We gather our stuffs and when we go to the exit, something make me stop suddenly

I feel like something would be shaking into me

It’s a wave of emotion together, but no good ones, it’s wrath, anxious, desperation, worried, fear, sadness, fault, and all these come together to me

It’s overwhelming

A need a time to recompose myself

‘are you ok dude?’ Jason asks me

‘yes, it’s nothing’ I say walking again

But the feelings don’t stop, indeed they grow

so much that my breath turns heavy and my body gets sweat

I have no idea what’s happening or what this mean

‘I’ll see you later dudes’ oliver tells us

Jason smile as answer

I only nod walking to my bike

When I arrive home, I go immediately to the bathroom and take a shower hoping this calm me down

But it’s fruitless

The intensity of the feeling have grown instead

I put on my clothes and when I’m ready I go out

But the sensation is here still

Something is happening I know it but I don’t know what it is

 However I clear my mind and jump on my bike and begin going to mia’s house

But when I reach her home, it’s empty to my misfortune, there’s nobody there

The feelings hit me harder, but this time it doesn’t stop

My breath become faster

It feel like a fight is having place inside me

And this time, it pains, pains as hell

For any reason mia’s face come to my mind

Something inside me tells me all what I feel has something to be with her

She needs me

I look up and see the full moon in front of me

I need to find her
