Mia POV

‘tell me the last thing you remember’ the boy says

‘be in a crag, in front of the moon’s light and then…. Nothing’ I remember

‘try it again’ he says

I close my eyes and try to remember something but nothing

‘hmmm no… nothing’ I exclaim ‘you know what?, this is stupid,  could you only explain me what the hell happen?, because for what I remember I only passed out, and I don’t know what’s the relevancy on it’ I snap

‘it’s more than that my dear’ he argues

‘open your damn mouth and tell me what’s that you’re talking about’

He slide his hand on his hair and lower his sight

‘you… you developed a new part of you’ he concludes

‘uhgg?? Can you be more specific?’ I snort, rolling my eyes

‘you’re a wolf’ he blurts

‘ohh yes and you’re a bear’ I laugh

‘I’m serious’ he looks like he’s saying the truth

‘that’s senseless’ I snort laughing

‘I’m not lying you, dear. you’re a wolf’ he continues

‘haha ohhh yes, I’m a vampire, wolfie’ I laugh

‘indeed you’re a hybrid’ a grin is formed on his face

I look at him confused, that can’t be truth. I can’t be a hybrid… I can’t be a wolf

And if that s**t would be right, I’d remember it, no?

I keep stunned on my spot

‘let’s see wolfie, if what you say is truth… why can I not remember anything about what happened?’ I inquire trying to look fun

‘it’s normal when you have your first transformation. The change in your body and in your soul is so powerful that take all over you, that's make you lose your conscience, that’s why you can’t remember it but those memories use to come back with the time...maybe some hours after coming back to human form, but in the next transformations you'll be aware of everything` he explains 

'Why should I believe you? How I know what you're saying is right?' I ask narrowing my eyebrows 

'You're so stubborn, you know it right?' He laugh at me

I roll my eyes 

'I'm getting boring of all this s**t' I snort

I'm done with all this s**t, that's only senseless, me a wolf!? Hahaha only in his dreams 

I begin walking, but I can feel his heavy gaze on me 

But I don't mind 

One part of me doesn't want to leave him, but the other one want to leave and forget everything what just happened 

-Don't take a more step and move your ass back girl, and hear what he has to say- a girly voice in my head says 

I stop suddenly

I look the boy and he's looking at me with a big smile on his face how if he knows what just happened 

This should be a trick of him, or maybe I'm dreaming 

I start walking away but here is that voice in my head again 

-don't be stubborn and come back girl. Or I'll take control over you and make you go back whether you like it or not- 

I feel my body get cold and my skin goosebumps, by the power of her voice 

I come back and find the boy with a fool proud smile on his face 

'What happen my dear' he grins 'something in your mind? Or maybe someone?' 

'f**k you, Wolfie' I insult him 

'Now tell me what's going on in my mind, what's that voice' 

'Your wolf, cutie... your wolf' he says softly

I feel my face get whiter than usually, my body get cold 

This can't be happening 

'She'll be always with you, so be getting used to it' he argues

Many question come to my mind 

How is this possible? Both of my parents are vampire or at least that's what I think 

Has this something to be with the fact that my gift didn't show out?

What will happen with me now?

I'm suppose to be the queen of vampire now that I turned 18 but now that it seems like I'm a wolf too... a hybrid.... what will happen? 

Will my mom know about this and hid it to me? Or maybe my dad?

My dad is far for business or that's what my mom have been telling me 

Fuck, I'm so confused 

'How did you know I was a wolf?' I inquire 

' I smelt your scent, I knew it since I saw you the first time' he says 

Shit it's right, now I understand his words

He always told me the truth but I was so stubborn to pay attention to him 

Now everything have senses 

My behavior the last night, my attack of hungry and the wrath inside me 

It was my wolf showing up 

My body sweats 

What will I say to my friends, my mom, my people?

Wolf and vampire haven’t been exactly the best friends at long of the years

How am I going to make my people believe and trust me being a part of me a wolf?

I bend my head and rest her on my hands and walk side to side

What I’m supposed to do now?

I raise my head and look that fool wolf sit on the base of a tree looking me fun

‘what’s the fun in this?’ I ask defensively

‘you’re so cute, even if you’re worried or angry’ he grinned

I swear I want to kill this wolf

He really gets on my nerves

‘I need to come back to house, I need to talk with my mom, she has to know something about all this s**t and she’ll has to tell me’ I say in low voice but the boy listened to me

‘be carefully dear, even more now that your wolf is with you’ he says, looking weirdly worried

‘why should you be worried for me?’ I inquire

His eyes suddenly turn softly and stare at me with worried and…. Love?

This boy is really weird

But I can’t explain the connection that I feel with this boy and by his eyes… I could say he feel the same

‘my little hybrid, have been a long time since the last hybrids existed, they were the cause of the union of both worlds, vampires and wolfs, and not only that, while they were on the power all kind of supernatural life lived along with each other, that include witches and other kind of changers, everything was ok, the supernatural world lived in peace even with humans, until a group of people from different species, those who loves the chaos, but over all loves power, they wanted to kill the queen and king who were hybrids to take their place as queen or king from their specie, but it was in vane cause the council knew about their plans and make them pay with their life but it was too late cause they already had got their objective’

I listen to him carefully

‘some years after, a witch predicted that a new hybrid will born, and he or she… will reign as her ancestors did, she’s supposed to be the queen of every kind of supernatural life’

The truth falls on my as a pail of cold water, but he hasn’t say the worst part 

‘but it doesn’t finish there, the premonition also said that that person, the hybrid, will finish with the task of the last hybrids (the queen and the king)… exterminate the rogues and any person no matter its specie who try to disturb the peace between our worlds. Since there the kings of the rogue around the world has been planning and preparing to when this hybrid appear’
