Lost in her thoughts, the omega nearly jumped out of her skin upon hearing a rapt knock on the door. The Princess internally prayed with all of his might that it wasn’t her mother — whom she was planning to never look in the eye again for the rest of his life. Why did it have to be of all people in the Castle to have caught them in an intimate position?
She still cannot erase the horrified look on her mothers face as Sapphire was dragged inside. Claire insisted on sending Adrian away, and for a second, the Princess thought she would be in for a long boring lecture about chastity or her omega duties. Both of them are equally horrifying. It surprised her when her mother said she needed a night to think it over, not looking at her face.
