Chapter 61
Ryan It’s been a week since everything happened. Parker is stressed to the max and so is Jasper. Ava and I do our best to keep them calm and we are insanely grateful to Kali and Skye who are keeping AJ distracted from his stressed-out mother. I stand with my arms crossed and watch Parker as she zips up the last suitcase. We’ve waited all week to hear from Tom and Emma and they have yet to show up. Parker has decided that it isn’t safe here anymore because she is concerned, they never took Hunter into custody. She is constantly beating herself that she didn’t kill him when she had the chance. I hear her murmur something again about being stupid and I huff, “Parker.” She looks up at me with wide eyes realizing that I’ve caught her- again. She knows how much I hate her talking about
