I knew once Brie turned eighteen, they knew for sure they were mated that things would go a little crazy. The past week and a half since her attack has been an emotional roller coaster for the both of them.
They are both very hard-headed, and neither take the time to listen to each other. They hear what they want to hear, and that’s it. If they can’t get it together, then they might as well reject one another.
“There’s my girl,” I said as Madison, Heather and Scott returned from the house. I pulled her into my arms and kissed her soft lips. This girl doesn’t begin to realize how much she drives me crazy.
“We just saw Flynn. He’s not the sweetest of guys right now,” Heather said.
