Andre's POV
I placed Anita gently on the bed and attempted walking out when I felt her hand on mine, stopping me from going further.
I chuckled, seeing how tight she was holding my hand.
“Would you let me go huh?!.” I muttered incoherently with a smile as I gently pulled my hand from her grasp,not wanting to wake her up but her grip on my hand was tighter than I had imagined it to be, so it was almost impossible to do that.
I stood still for a moment and when I thought she might have gone back to sleep,I tried pulling my hand away but it didn't work as I had thought,I smiled bringing her hand close to my lips before planting a kiss on it.
“Andre?.” she called in a low tone and I answered in a low tone.
“Don't......”
“I'm here Anita.” I assured her.
