Elise: the modern Ganyo

Story 7: Christmas day

After a few months of studying and doing homework people finally got to the Christmas holidays. Students were already so happy that they got to relax now, including me. I had planned to spend the evening with my family but there was still a lot of time until then. While waiting for time to pass I got bored at home. I already had bought all the presents I needed before Christmas so there wasn't really anything else to do at home. That's when I got an amazing idea that proved to be not so great later on because of a specific someone. I ended up walking to the mall that is 7 minutes away from my home. At first everything was normal, nothing unusual until I saw who else was here today - Elise. She was here with her parents. They were shopping for Christmas. More specifically shopping for Elise. She is kinda a spoiled brat and didn't like almost everything that all stores for clothes had to offer. She didn't like anything that they had to offer when it comes to shoes. Then they asked her if she wanted a new iPad or a new phone. "No! This is so outdated, stupid and for ugly people who come from villages! Mom...people are going to laugh at me...". I'll never understand people who are like her. "Honey, you are right. There is nothing worth here. We should complain to the manager. Where are they?". Her mother wasn't much different from Elise. Both of them thought that they were always right. Her father only wanted the best for his wife and his daughter so he went along with whatever they wanted no matter how bad or wrong it may be. At the end they ended up buying the latest phone even though for some unknown reason Elise ended up being unhappy with her Christmas gift. Sometimes people like her can be so ungrateful for getting something that many people can't afford to buy. At home, at least from what I've heard once we went back to school is that Elise got even more stuff other than her new phone but I don't remember what exactly they were, all I know is that they were all something very expensive.
