Prologue

Lucy is a woman who had everything; loving parents, a fantastic boyfriend, until her world came crashing down. She lost everything when she was seventeen years old, her boyfriend vanished without a trace, and she thought she could just wait it out, that is until her parents lost their lives in a car crash, leaving her with an empty heart. The only thing she had left was a surprise her boyfriend had never even thought about.
What do you do when your life has come crashing down for the second time in twenty years? You reset your thoughts and go back to where you last felt safe. I just hope this will be the fresh start Adrian needs as he is facing demons of his own, and is closing down.

One of the strongest dragonshifters in the country, he loved Lucy with every fiber within himself, but being a dragonshifter nearing his first shift will take it out of him.
So when some punks said something wrong, him and his family needed to move immediately, with not even a goodbye.
Our family has been back for a few years now, and I have come to peace with my role - WELL SORT OF.
So when I find out that Lucy is back in town, I am very determined to woo her. The only problem is, she is not alone, she has a teenageson and a young girl living with her.
And I won't impose on them, but it seems my dragon has other ideas.
