Kate’s pov
I left my flat at around 5:30 am while Nathan’s still in his deep dreams, and I went for a jog in a gym near my company. After finish jogging and showering, I felt so much refreshing. I really need a strong coffee to help me through today.
“Morning Miss. How can I help you?” er
“May I have an Americano with one extra shot?”
“Sure. Please wait for a moment. Tough night, hum?”
“Yeah. Didn’t sleep much.”
“Here is your coffee. Have a nice day.”
“Cheers. You too!”
I walked to the office with the coffee in my hand. It’s near 8 am. Nathan supposed to leave my place for work.
I was about to check my emails and to organize the priorities of today’s tasks. An unexpected email shocked me!
