Renee

"Shut up, Avery." I said pushing him.

"Nah. I am just being honest."

Today was May 4th. We all had planned a surpise party for Jim. We just have to act like we don't know his birthday. Even his mom is in it too.

"Joyce, where is Jim?" I asked curiously.

"He went to the store. He will be back soon." she replied.

"Ok. That is enough time to get the stuff ready for his party." I said to myself.

"Hey guys I am home." Jim shouted through the house making everybody jump. His mom just stared at him in disappointment. "Love you too mom."

"Hey babe." I said as I walked up to him.

"Hey, Nee." he said my nickname. I never really like that name but it was funny. "What yall doing in here ?"

"Nothing." Joyce said.

"Oh okay. And just so you know, I hate bananas."

"What are you talking about ?"

"My birthday is tomorrow. Don't buy me banana cake."

"No, tomorrow is Cinco De Mayo. We are going to go out. Right, Joyce ?"

"Right."

"This must be some kind of joke."

"No it isn't." Avery said as he walked up to him. "We are just trying to have some fun that is all."

"Ok ok ok." he said as he walked away. He stomped as he walked up the steps. Yup he is mad.

I followed him upstairs and he was on the bed sighing loudly. I walked up behind him and put my hands on his chest.

"You okay ?" I asked curiously.

"Yes I am fine." he replied.

"No you are not. If it makes you feel better. Happy birthday baby."

"Thank you." I could tell he was smiling. "That was really nice of you."

"What you want to do tomorrow ?"

"Ummmm I want yall to throw me a surpise party. But if you tell me, it won't be a surprise." he said sounding like Martin. He was just quoting 'Martin' all month.

"Wow Jim. To be honest, the Martin thing is becoming annoying now."

"Sorry." he said pouting. When he pouted when I told him 'no', it always got me. "Okay Jim you can keep quoting Martin."

"Yes." he said cheering. I just laughed at him and walked out the room and went downstairs. Everyone looked at me and went back to what they were doing.

"Well guys, Jim wants a surprise party." I said sighing.

"How would he know we are throwing a surprise party, Renee ?" Joyce said.

"He doesn't. He just thinks I only know about his birthday. Everybody else, I mean yall, you guys don't know." I said quietly so he won't hear me.

"Alright." they said in unison.

Today was Jim birthday. So I decided to take him out today. So I put on my V-Neck red shirt with my acid wash pants and my red high top converses.

We had both decided to wear the same color today. He had on a red and black shirt with black jeans and his red high tops converses.

"Happy birthday boy." I said kissing all over his face.

"Thank you. No please no autographs now, ma'am." he said acting like a celebrity.

"Shut up."

We made it to IHOP before it got crowded. The people greeted us and gave us our seats.

We ate our food and went out. I kept stalling so that the party will be set up when we get back.

I told them that we should have a party in the backyard instead of wasting money in the club. Of course, drinks are going to be there.

We made it home by 3. Just enough time we spent out. Jim grabbed his bags as I grabbed mine.

"Babe, can you take mg bags upstairs please ?" I said whining.

"You got legs." he replied.

"Please ?" I said pouting.

"Alright, alright." he said he took my bags. I ran to the backyard and seen them talking.

"Guys, Jim is coming." I said shutting them up.

"Nee, where are you ?" he yelled through the house.

"I'm in the backyard." I replied.

He walked out here and everyone shouted 'surprise.' He just stood there shocked.

"Happy birthday, baby." Joyce said.

"Thanks, ma." he replied.

"Let's get this party started, shall we ?" Avery said making everyone laugh.

Jim

Everyone came in and greeted me and let presents. Then that is when Robyn showed up. Wait, who invited her ?

"Yo, happy birthday, cuz." Micheal said dapping me.

"Thanks. But do you know that Robyn is here right ?"

"Robyn ? As in loose p***y Robyn ?" he whispered-yelled so no one could hear.

"Yea. Her and Renee might not like each other."

"Hey, Jim." Robyn said behind me. Oh s**t.

"Hello Robyn." I said non-chanatly. Who invited you here ?"

"Hehehehehe you are stupid Jim. But don't worry about who invited me here." she said.

"Well I have to look for Renee." I tried to leave but she held her hand on my chest.

"Where are you going ? You haven't had any fun yet." she started to twerk on me and Renee seen her on me.

Oh s**t. I pushed her off and ran towards Renee who was running back in the house.

She ran into a room and I tried to open it but the door was locked. I slid down on the door and began to speak.

"Renee she came onto me." I said through the door.

"And you let her." she replied.

"Babe, I was going to push her off in a split second. Please, Nee Nee." You could hear her laughing through the door. Yup, I got Renee back. "Forgive me please ?"

The door opened and she came out and hugged me tightly. I looked at her and she started smiling.

"Come on birthday boy. The party is not over yet." she grabbed my hand and lead me outside. Time to have some fun.
