Chapter 29 – Left Alone

The cheers and all the noise vanished like they never existed from the start.
Sean and the rest of the group escaped before I gained consciousness. I was left with Calvin, who was still inside me, on top of the bed. He is snoring like a dork while lying helplessly on top of my body.
Tears and relief silently engulfed my human form.
Calvin did it. We finally crossed out those people from our lives. The pain that is torturing my body right now is nothing but a trivial matter compared to what this man has.
I’m sure that what Calvin did is a feat that no one would be able to endure. He was beaten black and blue before being subjected to this stupidity. Even my naïve self felt that Calvin achieved something that none of those sorry boys could.
