Luca woke up feeling a different type of way from yesterday, good thing I'm in my best mood I don't know why but I'm definitely glad I'm. Miss A came to his room in the study room to serve him his coffee as usual. She gave him a note and a little wrapped box of gift , he did open it when she left, the note stated ;

"Happy birthday my beloved son , everyday you grow stronger and wiser as it should be I'm proud of you always , 'Ti amo'.

He also opened the little wrapped box of gift, it was a neck chain , beautiful and flawless, he chuckled and smiled as held it in his arms. Miss A went back to the kitchen area and summoned everyone, "Today is bosses birthday", she said, "I want y'all in your convenience to offer a prayer for him and never fail to wish him well , you may all dispatch to your different quarters" , they all echoed ' Si ma'. Later at night Luca got a knock on the door of his room it was past 11pm in the night come in" Luca responded",it was Mariá again; Happy birthday boss, Miss A told us today was your birthday and I brought you a cake which I baked all by myself, Luca looking so furiously and angrily at her, "I did tell you this house has certain rules that everyone needs to abide by" , Lucas screamed on top of his voice "How dare you bring me a cake, for good 14 years of my life I haven't celebrated my birthday or more less buying a cake and everyone knows that, I have told you to ask questions and stop doing things with your stupid emotions 'Che cazzo' " ,He barked at her . Immediately Mariá fell to the ground, she had fainted, Luca was alarmed, he got closer to her and touched her, he realized she was unconscious and she was still breathing so he picked her up and laid her on his bed , he decided to not let anyone know what happened in his room so he waited for the poor girl to wake up all by herself, he didn't sleep either, he sat on the sofa in his room staring at her, while hoping for her to wake up, few minutes and some seconds, time ticking and moving Luca began to stare seductively at the beautiful Mariá, at some point he shook his head off , he said soliloquizing "What's wrong with you Luca behave stop yielding to stupid emotions" .Luca has never been a lover bear not once not ever , I would say he is one who is so focused on money, money and money again, he doesn't yield to emotions. After about an hour and few minutes Mariá woke up, she recognized that she wasn't sleeping in her room she looked round and realized that it was her bosses room she was in , she immediately wanted to run off but then Luca held her hands and covered her mouth, "Relax, I won't harm you, you fainted in my room after I had scolded you" , he told her .Mariá looked very weiry and scared , she looked like she was so afraid of something, " Mi dispiace" thank you sir, she said with her voice shaking. "Are you feeling much better now" , Luca asked. "Si " sir, she replied. She immediately ran out of the room panting really hard. After Mariá ran out of the room Lucas soliloquized "Why did she just behave like that, she's always behaving strangely and I need to find out her problem, oh well why do i even care ". Luca had a taste of the cake and discovered that it was yummy so he finished the cake and slept off. It was morning sunrise and a new day, Luca came down for breakfast, his dish has already been served , as Mariá was about leaving the dining room after dishing out his food , he held her hands and said " Grazie " and left her she nodded her head and walk away. The other maid servants noticed and didn't fail to gossip amongst themselves because it wasn't a usual thing for Luca to say thank you even if he appreciates your gestures, rather he will only pay you back in kind . When Mariá went back to her room she smile sheepishyly. Luca immediately had to get an informant to dig deep into Maria's background as he was curious about why she behaved that way the previous night and every other day. On one occasion, Luca went to the backyard of his home to feed his rabbits,on getting there, he heard a lady like voice crying in the background and it happened to be Mariá. Mariá fainting when Luca had scolded her wasn't the only strange habit Luca had perceived of her but regardless he wasn't bothered as he was now . Luca flashed back to how he got hold of Mariá . Mariá was a slave in Paolo's house, Paolo who is a tyrant business man and of course a Mafia and most of his dealings were very illegal, he had troop of young girls in his home who services him regularly . He was also into prostitution business, women and men come there to pick several girls and sleep with them and get paid. Paolo lived in a very big mansion divided into different sections for different purposes. One faithful morning, Luca had visited Paolo to request for his debt and just when Luca was seated, an average, fair skinned gorgeous young lady had makeup on with long hair named Mariá walked in on Paolo and Luca to serve them their drink , she caught Luca's attention . Luca knew that Paolo didn't have his money so he made another offer; I need one of your slaves as a collateral for your debt , I know you can't pay me I will gladly do you the favor of taking something else in place of it, "And who could that be?"Paolo questioned. "I want her " Luca said," Who?". "The girl that just walked in here ", Lucas responded. "No way, that's not possible she's one of my most important asset here, I could give you any of my slaves but not this one", Paolo tried to dissuade him. "Then Paolo, I'm sorry you have to pay me my money because I'm not leaving here without it" Luca concluded. Paolo wasn't happy with the offer but he knew he had no choice and Luca was not one to mess with it, he accepted the offer; okay fine I'll give her to you. They both shook hands and smiled devilishly, Lucas is not one to be attracted to any lady , but he didn't know why he had to pick a slave over a billion dollar debt, , immediately he set his eyes on her he picked interest in her made her to be his slave and working for him as a maidservant. This decision baffled him as well, not like he was lacking maidservants, but it's what it is. Mariá had been working in Luca's home for over four months since that very incident . Mariá had adapted quickly while living with Lucas, at first she was thinking she would be another s*x toy to a rich man but having lived with him for couple of months she realized he wasn't even interested in her and the reason for picking her over his hard earn money was unknown to her.
