Astrid

"Kinakabahan ako"

"Ayoko pang mamatay"

"Bakit ba kasi lumabas ang mga demonyo na yun?!"

"Bakit tayo pa ang gagawin nilang armas?!"

That's just some of the annoying complaints I heard since I entered the campus of my so called training ground

Universidad de Primos

A well known university. It was firstly built to train the elites or the primes who are the successors to the throne so that they will not die inside the Hollow Forest. Tsk but they failed because a lot of elites still died during their first night inside that forest. They are so dumb and stupid, they should have known that the smell of their blood attracts demons more than those who came from an ordinary clan.

"To all freshmen! Please proceed to the field! Again to all freshmen please proceed to the field!"

Tsk I guess my show is about to start.. hmm I'll make sure that their defenses will break. This time hell will definitely break loose.

I jumped down from the tree that I am sitting and I slowly walk pass the other students who are bound to experience hell as well. And even though I am walking pass them, they cannot still feel my presence.

I am invisible in their senses. Perks of living in that hell for almost 10 years of my life. I learned how to keep mg presence from those demons and that goes the same from my kind.

In not less than 5 minutes, I finally arrive at the so called field. I jumped from the group up to the tree near the stage. I grab a leaf from the tree branch and I start sniffing it.

"It's really different, smells refreshing" - I whispered. The leaf in the Hollow Forest has always smelled death or blood. And a leaf smelling like this one is very much fascinating.

"Welcome Heroes!!!" - a disturbing voice said which made me frown. Heroes? Who is he calling heroes? Us? Ha! Maybe these kiddos are sacrifices just like those who are in the forest right now.

"Now, siguro naman alam niyo na kung bakit kayo nandito? Well of course sinabi na sainyo ng mga magulang niyo na kapag naging 18 na kayo ay papasok kayo dito sa Universidad De Primos upang mag-aral kung papano lumaban at kalabanin ang mga demonyo sa likod ng pader"

What a f****d up rule. Tsk stupid elites, they made a rule to let their kids suffer and die.

"One week, mag e-ensayo kayo dito ng isang linggo at pagkatapos noon ay lalabas na kayo upang harapin ang mga demonyo upang protektahan ang ating lugar. Tuwing sasapit ang kadiliman ay luluwas kayo at tuwing sisikat ang araw ay ang pagbabalik niyo dito sa loob upang muling magensyao at makapagpahinga nadin"

Wow! What a great incentive! Note the sarcasm. Why didn't they have the same rule for those who are out there fighting for survival? Why? Is it because there are a lot of elites now than before? f**k that social class of theirs

"So to start off. The elites will be separted from the others. The elites will be trained in the section A of the campus and the others will train on the section B." - he said again which made me c***k a laugh. I cannot contain it any longer, masyado na talagang nakakatawa ang mga pinagsasabi niya.

I know my laugh is so loud, sinadya ko naman talagang lakasan ang tawa ko

"What's so funny?" - diretsong tanong saakin ng lalaki. Wow! Andali niya namang mahanap ako. Quite impressive for an asshole

"Funny? Hmm You guys are funny" - I said in a matter of fact tone kasabay ng pagtalon ko mula sa puno na kinauupuan ko.

I let my silver hair bounce at kitang-kita ko ang pagkabigla sa kanyang mga mata. Ganon na ba kabigla-bigla ang pagkakaroon ng pilak na buhok?

"This isn't a joke Ms whoever you are! This is a fight for humanity's surviv—

I cut him off. I had enough of his bullshits

"Hindi ko sinabing joke ito. I only said that you are funny Mr. whoever you are. As you have said this is a fight for humanity's survival, so why separte the elites and the commoners? May special treatment ba ang elites kung ganon? Are you planning to give them intensive training than the commoners have? Hmm or worst plano niyo bang gawing bitag ang mga ordinaryong tao na to' to give credit to the elites?" - mahabang lintaya ko habang nakatingin ako sa aking mga kuko. Tss medyo mahaba na pala ang kuko ko. I need to cut my nails sooner.

I can feel how the atmosphere tensed because of what I said. Just like what I have said, hell will break loose

"There is no special treatment in here—

I cut him off again

"Wala pala eh! Then why have a separte class? Why not create different classes of the elites and commoners combined and divided equally. Because for your information the Hollow Forest is not a place for elites to work alone and get all the credit. For you to survive in that hell you must work together and I bet my f*****g life that those shithead elites won't last a week in that forest, the commoners will at least have the more chance of survival."

"The demons there are far more evil than those you have encountered Mr. Stanley. They are more vicious, they are hungry for flesh and blood and once they smell these elites they will run loose. They will attack them first, devour them until the only thing that is left is their heads for decortion" - and because of what I have said nagsimula ng magkagulo ang paligid. Tsk what a waste, they already lost their compostures especially the elites.

Di talaga sila tatagal sa kagubatan. The first rule when you got their is to never let the enemies smell your fear. Fear is what makes them strong,it is somewhat their spiritual food.

"Who are you?! Where are you from?! Why do you know my surname?! How did you know all that!?!" - Mr Stanley exclaimed and I saw how a blue magic circle appeared beneath me which made me grin.

"Me? The name is Astrid, where I came from? Hmmm let's see. There." - I said pointing the place beyond the wall

"WHAT THE f**k?!" - he exclaimed and everyone froze because of what they just found out

"How can you came from that forest Ms. Astrid? You just truned 18 just like us so why?" - someone from the audience asked and when I turn my head, I saw a man with green eyes and dark hair looking at me. He is curious, an elite is curious. Well that is the plan. To make them feel the thrist and hunger for truth and answers

"I am not bluffing if that's what you are pointing out. I did came from the Hollow Forest. I have been fighting demons for a decade now." - I said and as if on cue ramdam ko ang pagpulupot ng isang malamig na bagay sa aking binti which made me chuckle.

"Ignis" - I whispered at unti-unting nalusaw ang yelong bumalot sa binti ko. I jumped back from the tree and I grinned at Mr. Stanley.

"If I were you susundin ko ang sinabi ko because if you don't, surely in a week many of your beloved students will face their deaths and you wouldn't like that. Anyway's it's up to you Headmaster Stanley. Adios"

And with that I disappeared into thin air and I just saw myself back to the same old Hollow Forest. Perks of learning on how to teleport.

Hmm. I just hope that he will follow my advice. However, I must prepare now, whatever his choice is I must make sure that less lives will be taken a week from now.

Tsk stupid elites.

Malapit nang kumagat ang kadiliman. Tsk. Dapat wala ako ngayon dito. I am supposed to be inside that f****d up University pero mukhang hindi ko talaga kayang iwan ang lugar na to'.

I am certain that I already broke the defenses of the confident elites. They shouldn't always think high and mighty of themselves. That confidence will take them to the God of Death,Annubis himself.

Again, I am here on top of the tree watching the remaning people I am with move farther from the wall. Like damn, haven't they learned their lesson? That they shouldn't stay far away from the wall if they can't even stay for an hour in the battlefield or else they will all die.

I heave a deep sigh to calm my nerves. At tiningnan ko ang araw na unti-unti ng lumulubog kasabay ng dahan-dahang paglabas ng itim na usok sa ibang lugar sa Hollow Forest. I can also see the crawling demons starting to appear from the dark smoke, most especially the dragon riders. Different demons begun to appear out of nowhere and from here I can see how hungry they are for flesh.

"Light who has always been the protector. Guide thy weilder towards redemption." - I slowly said and a whit magic circle appeared beneath me and in some place of the hollow forest. I know this sealing art will cost me alot of energy but who cares. I need to sacrifice a little energy for the survival of the remaining ten stupid assholes here in the forest while I am gone.

"A princess born in hell shall be guided by you in her journey and will be part of her victory." - damn bakit ko nga ba hindi to ginawa kagabi?— oh yeah I just saved their lives again last night using Igneous wolf form? most especially that clumsy woman who almost turned into food.

"Seal they land of despair until thy princess came back worthy of repair." - and what I have said a piercing light appeared from the different nagic circles positioned around.

"Come forth! Elmekia thousand sealing arrows" - and as I finish my spell, the piercing light turned into arrows in an instant and these arrows, one by one buried on the ground and a white circle mark appeared in every ground the arrow is buried at.

And when a crawling demon tried to pass it, it immediately turned into ashes. It is a sealing art that prohibts any demon to pass by it, it will not also let anyone in my kind to pass unless I say so which is by renewing the magic effect.

The spell is done now I must go back to the University for a rest. The sealing art is strong and it can turn the demons into ashes, however, it will not last long. It will only last for about a week then I must renew the magic again. No magic can last long unless, a machine is generating that magic. And the demons are stronger than they may seem paniguradong hahanap sila ng paraan para lalong dumami at masira ang sealing art sa paglipas ng panahon,

The sealing art was already onced destroyed before by a powerful dark magic. Damn I really need to carefully watch their moves dahil sa isang maling galaw ko lang din ay maaring maraming mamatay.

Pinikit ko ang mga mata ko at sa muling pagmulat ko nito ay nasa loob muli ako nag universidad. Akmang maglalakad na ako papunta sa dorm ko ng makaramdam ako ng dala— no limang presenya sa likuran ko.

It's obvious, they are waiting for me to come back. I know they are not that dumb to realize that I did come from the Hollow Forest.

"How are the demons?" - One of them asked and I grinned. Nice. At least he had the best question to ask from me, sorry to say this but I am not planning to answer him

"So it's true that you came from that ewwy forest. What is it like ba?" - and with what the woman said made my lips twitch because of irritation. Ang conyo.

"Is it true that your nightmares will come true there?" - another woman asked me. It's true that their nightmare will come true there. As I have said those demons feed on their fears. The forest will teach you how to fight your fears in a very hard way.

But the next question made by a guy made me utter a cuss.

"May mga chix ba doon?"

What a playboy! Oo may maganda doon, a f*****g succubus that will feed on their lust. First is they are gonna flirt with him second she will have s*x with him lastly she will suck his life force then bye bye.

"Hey! Sagutin mo naman kami" - I sense frustration in her voice. Tss ayoko silang sagutin dahil unfair yun sa ibang mga estudyante dito. They should find the answers themselves. What's the use of being the elites if they can't search for the answers on their own tss.

"Find it for yourselves" - that's the only thing that I have to say and I started walking away from them. Their ignorance irritates me.
