SNEAK PEEK

Gabrielle's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night and I looked at both my sides.

Mika and Bella were in deep sleep after a very long and tiring day.

I felt thirsty so I carefully got up and got out of the bed.

I silently walked out of our room and then I made my way to the kitchen.

I opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of cold water.

I started drinking the water and closed the fridge.

When I turned around, I saw Alexander by the kitchen entrance.

"Can't sleep?" he asked.

I finished drinking my water.

"No, not really. I just woke up because I felt thirsty" I said.

"So you're going to go back to sleep after drinking?" he asked.

"I guess so yeah" I said.

Then, Alexander looked at me for a moment.

"Why? Can't you sleep?" I asked curiously.

"I can't" he admitted.

"Why can't you?" I asked him.

Alexander shrugged.

Then, we just looked at each other for a moment.

"Do you want to step out and get some fresh air?" he suggested.

I thought about it.

"I guess that sounds nice" I said.

Alexander chuckled.

"Come on" he said.

Well, I guess this is what we're doing.
