SNEAK PEEK

Gabrielle's POV

I sat down in front of the vanity mirror inside my room.

I stared at my reflection and I just sat there in silence.

Seconds and minutes passed as I remained still.

I zoned out for some time.

I don't know exactly how long.

Then, I felt something wet on my face.

I finally snapped back into reality and looked at myself in the mirror.

Tears streamed down my face.

I bit my lower lip and wiped the tears away before getting up and going to my bed.

I buried my face in my pillow.

Then, I started sobbing.

I just started crying.

I sobbed quietly as I hugged the pillow on my bed.

I cried for a long time until my body could no longer take it.

I was so tired.

So sleepy.

The next thing I know, I dozed off.

I felt so drained.

I felt worn out.
