_ The Wine _ I stir some sugar in my coffee, my hands still shaking. It's been long since I had a nightmare. One of those horrible nightmares where I wake up sweating and screaming. I shake off the last threads of the nightmare and sip my coffee. I take a bite of the sandwich, glancing at the clock. Maybe I should fasten my eating pace and start getting ready. Time is not on my side. I step out and strut to the parking lot where I bump into Eli. He's been acting strange since the dinner at my house. Snubbing me every chance he gets.
