I'm seated next to CJ.
Jake and Nina are the last to join us at the dinner table.
Walter has made fish and rice. The food is delicious. No wonder CJ talked so highly of Walter. He's been the family chef for years and now I see why the Jeans can't let him go.
I catch Jess scowling at me, sitting right next to her husband. This is the perfect opportunity to put her on the spot after what she said to me.
"Jess." I start. "Do you mind telling me what CJ is planning to do to me?"
CJ looks at me, confused.
"Yes." I turn to CJ. "According to Jessica, you, are planning to do something to me."
"I didn't say that." She denies.
"Well, I guess I need to get my ears checked."
"You should." She scoffs.
Jake rubs his hands in glee.
"Who smells a catfight?"
