Things have changed for Tochi's parents, they had became rich overnight. All kinds of local musicians now use Tochi's father's name to sing in parties and in musical record that Mr. Obinna Agu, Tochi's father brought his money from heaven when he was coming to the world.

That is the tricks of the praise singers, they can tell you all sorts of this just to draw collect your money. When they collect your money, they will shift attention to someone else.

Tochi was in Jss three then, moving on to the third term when some people persuaded his father to go into party polities. He was encouraged to contest for the top post, the local government chairman.

Although he had very little money, a lot of people gave him large some of money because of his humble character. some of them even helped to speak good of him to others, saying, "we know Agu, he's a very good man. He will work well for our local government.

The election was held and Mr. Agu won the election, from the post of a petrol attendant, and farming, he become the local government chairman. He started very well, he did not change his character as other politicians does. He was accessible to his people. He did not shun all those who help him, and he care much about his people's need.

Most of the revenues from Monthly allocation that was coming from the federal government was use to solve his people's needs.

Soon, he set up a petrol filling station and was earning a lot of money for his community. Mr. Obinna Agu built many roads in his local government, he sink many boreholes for the people, in fact he was the best chairman they had ever had in their local government.

Tochi's mother too had become big business woman. She have the biggest supermarket and stores in the town. She sell both local and imported goods in her store. sometimes she will travel to abroad, especially to Dubai to buy some of her wears.

Mr. Obinna been a visionary man had envisioned the day he will own a big house in the city. He had started to build his own house in the city, which his wife, Mrs. Ngozi and his son Tochi was very happy about.

Mr. Obinna and his family were very happy because they will soon become landlord. Tochi registered his senior secondary school examination without wasting anytime. Tochi was happy because his exam had been registered and now he is no longer a poor boy, he had stop working for the villagers in their farms and had also stop any kind of hard labour. He had stop going to Eke market to sale and beg for money anymore.

All this did not stop Tochi from studying hard, Tochi read Harder for his WAEC. Tochi dedicate all his time reading despite his father's position in the society. Tochi had respect to all the villagers and he loves everyone the same also.
