Klive Brion POV. "This is the only time, Isabella," I cautioned in a stern tone, to which she nodded hurriedly. Without further ado, Matt whisked her away to a location unknown to me. Perfect! At least now I have some time to think. The most pressing question on my mind was: What on earth do I do about my mate? Settling into the chair behind my desk, I buried my face in my hands. Isabella was right; we couldn't afford a repeat of the incident with the pups. I didn't want her life endangered. Regardless of her ill-advised or dreadful choices, she didn't deserve such a fate. The best course of action seemed to be to keep my distance again. That way, she'd be spared the wrath of my wolf and should be safe. I tried to rationalize my harsh actions and words towards my mate, but to no avail
