"Are you kidding me?!?" I muttered, clutching my chest. I was gasping for air. A tidal wave of raw fury engulfed me, and in an instant, my eyes were aflame. I was trembling from the sudden eruption of terrible emotions. It took me a mere moment to understand that the anger wasn't mine. It was my brother's! Damn it!
I was convinced he would be fine with that unappreciative individual. For a solid three months, I experienced his emotions as if they were my own. He had attempted to sever the bond, but occasionally, especially at night, he couldn't, and it was sheer agony. He was heartbroken, desolate, and mourning.
