{ 2 years Later, at home's backyard }
It's been two years since Felis was born, so technically it's his second birthday today but apparently in this world, birthday is celebrated after kids reach the age of 8, so there isn't any celebration as such today.
But I wanted to show Felis just how cool his big brother is, so I have brought him outside & made him sit near our training ground.
By the way, I lost to both Mom & Dad, *sniffs sniffs* the first word which Felis said was Mamma & his second word was Paapa.
I guess saying 'big brother' is comparatively harder for a kid.
Anyways for showing how cool his big brother is, I decided to ask Dad to have a mock fight with me, which we would start with using weapons.
First would be spear, then bow & arrow & then sword. After weapons would be hand to hand combat.
Me & my dad were standing opposite to each other at a far off distance keeping our weapons near us & equipped with protection gear, we had also made Felis wear it.
I also made Saber sit beside him & instructed him to keep Felis safe incase anything happened.
"Hey Dad, I may have lost with you before but today Imma show Felis, that his big brother is cooler than his father !"
"Ohhoo ! so that's the reason for today's mock fight huh, I see... well I ain't gonna lose today as well son"
"Let's see dad, I am sure you are in for a surprise"
Saying that I strengthened myself with mana & increasing my physical strength, took the spear in my hand.
It was a wooden spear made of hard wood but I imbued it with my mana to make it even harder & threw it at my dad as fast as I could.
Almost startled with the incoming speed of the spear my dad blocked it with his shield strengthening it with his mana as well.
But the moment my spear hit the shield, the shield broke & baffled by that my dad took a few steps back to protect himself from the impact of the spear.
"Huhh !? How did you learn to imbue your weapon with mana ?! I don't think I have taught it to you yet"
"Well I somehow figured it out"
While my father was confused I already went ahead & picked my second weapon, the bow & arrow & quickly went on top of the tree to get a better aiming position & to hide as well.
The weapons we were using were only for mock battles, the spear before this one had its top metal part made into rubber like substance, it was possible due to my dad's merge ability.
Similarly even the arrow heads were made of same material but had been dipped in colour so it could leave a mark when it hit the target.
As for the sword it was a normal wooden sword with a bit of metal merged to make it more sturdy.
While hiding behind the tree trunk, standing on a branch I decided to take a peek at my dad's location & the moment I did that an arrow came fast towards me & it brushed past my cheek leaving a red mark on my face.
Damn my father was good as well I was able to surprise him earlier but now that he knows, it would be difficult to catch him off-guard.
While I did get hit first, it was only a slight grave, the fight wasn't over yet. I moved further up on the tree keeping myself hidden & sat at a place which kept me hidden as well as provided a better place to aim.
I had discovered my dad's location after he fired the arrow at me.
My father had ofcourse realised that his location has been discovered so he tried to change his position but that was the perfect chance for me.
The moment he moved from his position I fired my arrow at him & bull's eye it hit the target perfectly leaving a blue mark on my father.
"That's two wins already Dad, you wanna give up now ?"
"The fights not over yet kid, don't forget I am a much better swordsman than you."
"Well then, please show me dad"
