I woke up the next day exhausted. I rolled out of my bed and walked towards my bathroom but stopped to check myself on the small lengthy mirror I kept close to the bathroom door.
Looking at myself in the mirror, I realised I wouldn't be able to work peacefully in the office without any questions if I didn't cover up the marks on my body and face. I immediately use makeup to cover up the marks after showing, making sure to wear a long sleeved dress that is also covered up to my knees, I take one last look at the mirror before rushing off to work.
