I frowned at Anderson’s words. The boy was so scared of Ronald, he would never do anything that Ronald did not like.
“It is not entirely your fault. Stop putting the blame on yourself. It was collectively made by your team.” I told Anderson.
He looked at me, my words were making him scared. He still has this suspicious look on his face about Ronald and I but I ignored his look.
“Besides Ronald, are you saying we can't make mistakes? I am very sure you have made a lot of mistakes. I once heard that one learns from mistakes. For you to have built such a big establishment it means you have made many mistakes and learnt from it.” I said.
I was not going to let it go. I knew Ronald was only exaggerating, he did not have to be so strict towards Anderson.
