Kylian's POV.
The strange princess I met during the mating ceremony never left my mind; she got stuck in my head and became part of my everyday dreams and thoughts. Her emerald eyes flash in my mind every second of the night, and sometimes in the day.
The desire to have her again in my arms lingered in my head every time. She was not supposed to be messing with my head this way; she was not supposed to get stuck in there in my head.
I was not ready for that; besides, what we had was just a pleasure, one that was meant to be enjoyed and lasted for that night alone. We only used our bodies to vent our desires and to pass out time, so why the heck was I feeling the whole attachment?
