*Jaxon’s POV*
“Welcome.” I greeted Alpha Parker as I descended the pack house stairs. “I’m glad you were all able to join us tonight.”
He has another male by his side, I assume this must be his beta. He brought with him a few of his own important members. They stood behind him silently watching our exchange.
“It’s a pleasure to be here. Especially with your pack seeming to be much more welcoming this time.” He joked as he had been out prisoner here a few weeks ago.
I let out a small chuckle in response. “Well, before the circumstances were a lot different.”
“Very true.” Parker nodded.
“Well, let’s get started with our meal shall we?” I suggested.
He didn’t hesitate to take up the offer. “That would be wonderful. My pack members are a little hungry from the journey of getting here.”
