Clarisse took the chicken at the sink to wash it. When it came to sanitation, Clarisse didn’t make even a tad of negligence. She had a rule of washing her hands every two hours while cooking. Cooking is everything she did all day at her stall. She scrubbed the chicken carefully and rinsed it, then she prepared spices and ingredients for the marinade. Clarisse put all the ingredients in the blender to make sure they are properly mixed. She added vinegar and curd to it to give it a more acidic nature so it would marinate the chicken deeply.
