We were here and I had declared war. I stood there waiting for their alpha. He would determine if this was going to be a war or a one sided m******e.
Since he took my breeder, he should be ready to bear the consequences and I wasn't leaving here without his head.
Kane’s wolf form leapt through the flickering hallway firelight, huge, black, and brutal. His claws slashed forward with the fury of a trapped beast, but I was ready.
So, war it was.
My silver-coated fur shimmered as I dodged with ease, then countered with a swipe of devastating strength, my claws tearing across Kane’s flank and I saw the surprise in his eyes. Blood splattered the walls. Kane howled and staggered back, eyes gleaming with hatred and I saw fear.
