“He’s on his way,” Salt said, arms crossed tightly over her chest.
My heart dropped. “What?”
“Norman. I told him everything through the mind link. He will be here any second.”
I stared at her, horrified.
“Salt! Why did you? You shouldn't have!”
She lifted her chin, unapologetic.
“He deserves to know, Raven. He's your alpha now and your mate and he should protect you. He will protect you. He can't watch as someone hurts you.”
